I was supposed to have a 7 day free trial to see my credit report. Instead they instantly charged me charged $12.45 instead of it being "free" and now I can't even log in to see the account that was supposed to have been created after I gave them all my personal information and credit card information. Called their help desk and of course the lady could barely speak proper English, she tried to deny that I had been charged the $12.45 (my online banking would beg to differ) and when asking her why I couldn't log in since they did charge me to create an account she gave me a bs story about how my credit was frozen and there was some error.
