Webster&Brooks Remodeling 2011 2nd Ave N Irondale,AL 35210, was issued a check $3,500.00
for down payment to construct a pitched roof to the existing pitched roof,(over a flat portion,thus joining the flat &pitched together)
The check was cashed 08/25/12.
The AC shell was removed.#6
Some framing was done.
The Hurricane was coming & we wanted to avoid further water damage in the church.
No rain, but no work was done for two days, when questioned, they stopped answering calls, very little material used which was obvious that it was not sufficient for the job.[the rafters were twisted] They quit.
They sent an email to Contract Relations stating:"I don't see why I need to send an itemized stated of my invoice.I'm not telling anyone what I pay for materials or labor."

These men obviously don't know or regard the law and are not willing to cooperate.
I want our money back. Can you help?
