I RECENTLY WON A CUISINART CONVECTION OVEN FROM QUIBIDS AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER, THIS WAS APPROXIMATELY 60 DAYS AGO. IT HAS NEVER BEEN OUT OF THE SHIPPING BOX EVEN, IT WAS MEANT AS A GIFT FOR MY MOTHER SO I JUST SET IT ASIDE UNTIL HER BIRTHDAY. I GAVE IT TO HER AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT THE ITEM I WON, IT WAS NOT A CONVECTION OVEN AT ALL. THEY SENT ME A OVEN THAT WAS WORTH MUCH LESS THAN THE ONE THAT I WON. I HA DNO REASON TO BELIEVE THEY WOULD CHEAT ME IN THIS AT ALL BUT THEY DID. I CONTACTED THEM AND THE BASICALLY SAID SO SORRY, TOO BAD AND THEY WON’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AT ALL! YOU KNOW THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT NAD ALL! SO, BEWARE OF THE BUSINESS YOU DO WITH THEM AND DON’T TRUST THEM AS FAR AS YOU CAN THROW THEM! LITTERALLY!!!
