Confronted with a reoccurring blue screen crash problem, I wanted a quick and easy solution. Googled the error code given on the crash page and one of the advertisers to fix the problem was ErrorEnd. I downloaded the software and paid through PayPal - it did not fix the crash problem so I sought a refund as per their site. No response to request through their message service or (this should have been a giveaway) no email address on their site through 'contacts'. Lesson learned the hard way I guess....
