while comparing schools we contacted ICS canada. their price was higher than the other comparable options. i called and asked if they would price match. the lady i was speaking with at ext.2736 said they would, and for us to send in the other schools price and info form that we had as well. she said to make a copy of the orignal and i am glad we did because they processed my husband making him a student. we were told upon recival of the ppr sent the price would be adjusted and were given a temp. student number. after a lot of days so it would seem we called back having not herd from ICS. we then were put thru to ext. 2772 were a man told us this is not their policy to price match but he`d talk to his supervisor.i was concerned with being able to cancel the program now that they have him as a student.he said all calls were recorded but it would have to be a supervisor to listen to them.he said there should be no problem with this tho giving the sircumstances. he also said hed call us back. yeah that didnt happen... so we called back and demanded to speak with a supervisor. he informs us this is not their policy but he would discount it a little bit. something like 50 or something but thats not the point. under no way would we choose this option giving the BS we have already had with this company. then we oped out and canceled the program. they then told us wed get back the deposit the fist lady had taken out as well as a cancelation notice in the mail. the cancel notice came yes thats for sure but it came with a BILL for 231.00 not the moneys they origanaly took. no way do we owe these people anything, they should be tying to make up for their incopetiance instead i do believe. i refuse to be scamed by this school. my name is kate kelley and my husbands name is chistopher kelley
