i have accepted the free estimate for a new ac unit....from air America....they came the next day....replace the old unit....but after they left the temperature inside start to raise...I wait 6 hours for 1 degree to drop...but just one..from 83 to 82...after.....6 hours....i call the office and they replay to be happy I have cold air in the house and they gonna came Saturday at 12 pm....(but the company advertise they work 24/7).....the technician who came was rude to me....he start to explain i need to move the ac unit in the attic...or the thermostat in the rooms....or install a new vent...I replay the old system was just fine.....after more then one hour arguing with me I invite him to go....he left one invoice which I refuse to sign....for 340$....i call the company again..I demand somebody in carge...supervisor..or the owner...but in vain.....after one hour somebody from the company call me....and said the supervisor is going to meet with me Monday....but he refer to me as daniel...and...buddy....and I refuse to talk with such a rude person again from the company...Saturday this new unit never stop working...i have pictures time stamped....my home is a small assisted living facility...6 old people....which they suffer because of such heartless company....they install a new thermostat which was calibrated the technician Saturday to show low temperature to me...after i left for 5 min.....instead off showing 78...in less then 2 minutes...rich 76.....but my thermostat above his...show 82....the same technician claim his mother have in her house 72 F....BUT NEVER SHOW SOME CARE ABOUT MY CLIENTS WHO ARE OLDER THEN HIS MOTHER.....anyway....Im very upset...with this company...i inform discover about this and they stopped the payment...I want my old system back...or to take their unit back..they lie to me....but the symptoms are the same with the new unit....

  • they advertise 24/7 service but just 6 hours after the installation ..they refuse to come and fix it...somebody come the next day but just to arguing with me...
