Received my At&t bill, noticed it was higher than normal, logged in to my account to take a look at the online PDF of the bill, Saw this $9.99 charge on there for Byte Spike LLC. I called At&t customer service, informed the rep that this charge is fraud, she in turn put in a request to reverse the charge and put a block on my account so this will not happen again. What I really wonder is how many people just don’t look at their bills and are paying every month for this scam. At&t has millions of customers and I can guaranty that hundreds of thousands of people are unknowingly paying for this scam and the owner of this company is making big money on the backs of hard working Americans. They hide behind the corporate/legal protections of an LLC. My next complaint will be with the FCC, and Channel 7 News program 7 On Your Side. I say we all take matters into our own hands that find this guy and string him up by his balls, its unlikely that the major cell phone carriers are going to do anything to stop this. Its time we all start taking care of ourselves and put a stop to this blatant BS stealing of our money. This piece of crap person who steals our money might think twice of stealing if we rip his testicles right out from under him. Only in the USA could something like this could happen, if someone tried to pull this crap in China, N. Korea, or any other 3rd world country this person would be executed with a very brief trial.
