2)now (a few days after submitting the problem as number 1, below) i can not login to my account, message show like this:-

1)I LOGGED IN AND SUBMITTED 2 TIMES AS BELOW after I HAD DONE MY FIRST TRANSFER OF $9 INTO MY SOLIDTRUSTPAY ACCOUNT:-

Before i made my decision to ask you about this issue, i had absolutely checked at your HELP CENTRE KNOWLEDGEBASE OF ARTICLES already, but no exactly troubleshoot that matching with my issue. Could you please revise my question again?

The detail is that ......

I deposited $9 into my STP account by doing Account Funding via Dedbit Card on 17-AUG-2012, the transaction displayed "transaction completed" and my account balance status show PENDING $9 and system said "please wait for maximum 14 days for account clearance process".....the result is PENDING as you see hereby:

10 days later, on 25-AUG-2012, i'd checked the transaction status to see if it's changed from PENDING to AVAILABLE or not yet....the result is VOIDED as you see hereby:

I DON'T MIND ABOUT WHAT THE PROCESS WAS, BUT YOU KNOW MY MONEY HAS BEEN CREDITED FROM MY DEBIT CARD $9 AND PENDING AT STP FOR 10 DAYS (17-25 aug 2012).
