I am very discusted with this company slimtone.Like a lot of people,this is a real scam,and needs to be stopped as soon as possible,taking all this money of everyone.I phoned up the company,and spoke to a customer care`s lady,and she was so rude to me on the phone,I told her that i never had even recieved my trial slimtone at all,and i want a refund to the value of £75.00 ,which they just took out of my bank account without me even knowing about it,i am a single parent with a disabled child and i really need this money back,which they shouldn`t have even taken,especially when i have not even recieved the trial slimtone at all.Please can someone tell me how to get my £75.00 back please.thankyou.
