I tried to book a flight with Fly.co.uk but the booking system failed when I tried to submit payment details.
I called the number on the website but it was unavailable.
I contacted my bank and they said the payment had been rejected by Fly.co.uk systems. My bank also informed me that no further payments should go through without prior authorisation from me.
I contacted Fly.co.uk by email and instructed them not to take any further action because I woiuld book my flight with another agent. I susequently booked my flight with Expedia.
Fly.co.uk wrote to me to say the booking would go through because I had submitted and debited £29 service charge from my account.
I contacted the airline who offered a full refund but Fly.co.uk refused to progress the refund unless I agreed to pay anothet £50 in fees.
This company took money from my account without authorisation and have my details stored in their system. There is nothing I can do to prevent them making further debits.

I have lost £266 to this corrupt company.
