BID RACK, GAVE ME ABOUT 20 BIDS THEN, I PLACED A BID FOR 25 BIDS, THEY REMOVED $10.62 FROM MY ACCOUNT. I PURCHASED 100 MORE BIDS, THEY TOOK $60.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY TOOK ANOTHER $240.00, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, IN 4 MORE INSTALLMENTS OF $60.00 EACH. IF I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM THE AUTHORIZATION TO DO THIS, I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST 745 BIDS. I BID ON AN ITEM, AND WHEN IT CAME TO SECONDS OF FINALIZING THE BIDDING, MY COMPUTER WOULD STOP AND NONE OF MY BIDS WENT THROUGH. THIS HAPPENED 7 TIMES ON THE SAME ITEM. WHEN I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE ITEM WAS SOLD. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER AND IT HASN'T ACTED UP SINCE. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS, I WAS TOLD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE BIDS. I TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THAT I USED THAT MANY BIDS. AFTER GOING TO THEM TWICE ABOUT THIS, THEY OFFERED ME $80.00 IN BIDS BUT, I WANT THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. BID RACK SENT ME REFUND FORMS WHICH I FILLED IN AND RETURNED THEM. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT WAS GOING TO GIVE ME MORE BIDS. I DON'T WANT THE BIDS I WANT THE MONEY.
