I was checking my bank account and saw that I had reocurring fees of 20.00 from freeshipping.com. I called them and a lady on the phone who was very nasty said that I had signed up for their services when I signed up for getting something that I ordered off the internet. I said that I had not signed up for anything and that I wanted them to stop taking money out of my account. The lady said that she could cancel my account with them but they could not refund any money to me because they could not see where I had called and canceled their services at anytime. I told her that I never signed up for their services so how could I cancel them!!!! After getting upset with her she said that she would talk to her supervisor and to please hold. When she came back she said that she could refund 15.00 of the money that they had taken out. I told her fine but I would be reporting them to the BBB and whoever I could. She said "Fine!! You just do that!!" in a ver condescending voice. I never did get a cancellation number so I hope she did get it canceled!! My advice, be careful of them!!!
