The advertisement was for only one download and that was for 19.95 upgrade of a PDF 2012 file two more charges are added and I cannot download the file to boot. I feel that I have been scamed on two levels. First there is no mention of 2 additional charges that elevate the bill total too 43.85. The charges should be immediately removed and my card debited back the money
