Several Scams based out of India

I am a victim of scam and Fraud from some companies i believe are based in India. I have went to the police tonight to file a report. I have to go back to the police on Tuesday morning to finish filing the report. The sheriff told me that it will be a long process because this is a crime that is being done out side of the USA. I am getting solicited phone calls from companies claiming to give me a cash advance; companies claiming to sell me cars; companies claiming to get me out of debt. Upon the 100 calls i get today, i got a specific phone call from a gentleman whom i told him not to ever call my phone again. He then threatened to call me back and he succeeded to call me over 10 times after that.

I have tried everything i can but today they have crossed the line. The calls about cash advance i have noticed that money is being taken out of my account until they wipe me clean of all of my funds. I will be going to the bank tomorrow to report the problem but i wanted to know what can i do to stop these scammers from calling me and taking money out of my account. This all began when i thought i was on a legit website getting a cash advance loan.

(UPDATE) --- I have went to the bank this morning and had to change my account to keep those charges from being filed. I have filed a dispute of un authorized charges to my account.
