I have sent them via Western Union US$275 for two pairs of shoes.
The receipt of funds was confirmed by Heelsmart.
This was on 16th August 2012.
To date no goods have arrived and e mail shipping request details ignored.
The site says “Stocktaking”.
I believe this to be a FRAUD.
Funds were sent to:
TIAOLU TANG
Shanghai,200000,China.
I trust the Chinese Authorities will investigate this matter?

- Having contacted Western Union they disclaim any resposibilty!This is ridiculous as they are supposed to carry out full Money Laundering enquiries in respect of the recipient of the funds.The account should be suspended or closed.Has anyone taken Western Union to Court over a scam such as this?
