DearSir / Madam,
I would like to make a formal complaint about your service. First of all this kind of marketing boarders on scamming people out of money by allowing people to enter completions who receive an unsolicited email and have the misfortune to be "click happy" without noticing or reading terms and conditions while say being distracted by the TV or what ever domestic situation that may arise.
This happened to me and after trying to send stop and the text bouncing back I was forced to call you help desk. After calling your help desk your operator put the phone down on me when I asked if I could speak to a Manager. I called back to speak to a very nice French guy (not 100 %sure he was French but sounded it). He took my email and postal address (which took a certain amount of time) and informed me that it may take 2- 3 weeks for a postal order to come through.
Dealing with all off this has taken 2 hours of my time. I am currently unemployed and really cant afford to be waiting on such payments.
I ask that you speed this up and make it more clear to people what is about to happen instead of hiding terms and conditions in "terms and agreements" and at the bottom of the page, unseen until you scroll down.
