Sent my phone (Blackberry Torch to this company on the 30th August,at an agreed price or 114 pounds,they emailed me on the 28th of August with a discounted offer of 98 pounds ,as there was wear n tear on the phone,I agreed to accept the price offered and received a further email on the 30th of August saying the payment would be paid into my account within 48 hrs,and it has still not been received.
I have sent numerous emails and called the office 3 times and left messages with my reference and telephone number and have had no response,after looking carefully at Review centre it seems there are many many people being scammed by this company they get the phones and dont seem to pay out,they even seem to be writing good reviews to keep their ratings up,I was relying on that money please help..........
