I became unemployed on 8/2/12. I immediately contacted Ideal Gelt regarding my outstanding loan so that I could try and get more affordable payments since I had not been approved for unemployment yet. I was told straight out that it wasn't their problem and there wasn't anything that they could do other than extend my payment 5 days. I got approved for unemployment and it's only $1000/mo and my rent alone is over $900. I again call them and was told that I can let my bank deny the charges as NSF (which the bank won't do..they have an automatic overdraft policy where they pay and then charge me the NSF fee and the amount that they paid along with still processing all outstanding charges along with more $49 NSF fees...I'm looking at almost $5K in charges because of Idealgelt)

I can't believe that a company is REFUSING to work with someone who is unemployed when the person is contacting them to let them know what is going on and trying to pay their debt instead of ignoring it.
