Lapointe Centre is a Nightmare. I was told I would receive immediate dentures. When I got them they kept falling out of my mouth, and the partial did not fit. Finally, the denturologist took back the immed. dentures and started to make me a denture. Well it has been now 2 1/2 months and I still have no dentures. This place has caused me emotional, psychological, social, physical, and financial nightmare. I have to see a mental health professional because of this horrible experience. I can not go to my job for I am in a job in "people emergencies". Furthermore, I have my own business where I motivate people to do their training. How can I motivate people to do training, when I have no teeth in my mouth. I am in a extreme depression. And the denturologist is taking his time in making me my dentures most likely because I already paid for my immediate teeth, and he is taking other clients. He has not finished one client, but takes other clients. At present I can not eat or speak. I cry every day. I am afriad I will lose everything I worked for because of this place. And on top of that, they did not clean my teeth before making me the immediate dentures. Does this make sense? The color of the teeth might not match. Anyway, by complaining they cleaned my teeth with the cost of 520.00 dollars. They took my 520.00 for the cleaning, but I still did not get my immediate dentures even though I paid them. Who is going to pay me for 2 1/2 months of no work. If I knew this was going to happen. I would have never went there.
I believe they should make me the dentures for free. I paid them aprox. now $3500.00 or more.
