Exportair was only instructed to pay the fees at Port plus other associated fees and not pick up goods from customs as I was doing that.
They where just to take care of the paper work only as my agent .
I had used there service earlier this year and was happy with them. But this time they overcharged me an i question the price and told them not to pick up the goods from customs as I would do that as before (same).
But they gave me some crap about weight and went and got the goods and put them in there own building forcing me to pay there grossly inflated price. I was told if I dont then I can not have my goods. Now see if they had left the goods with customs as I requested then I could have gone elsewere but they new that and very quickly went and picked up the goods so they had a bullying advantage over me. And this is unfare by all standards I would think. They charged me $4106.38 and it should not have been more than $2600 in total.I would be happy if I could get back $1200. They tricked and bullied me and ripped me off. I am Robert Wood From Bouncy Fun Castles and the goods involved are Inflatables and Blowers from Hongkong by Ship gross weight = 1.480.00 (KGS) Measurement 8.760 (CBM) Please help me get some money back as this was an unexpected price and event.
