Got this looser's name from someone who almost hired him. Had him to come out and given an estimate of what it would cost to widen my patio, and then later possible build a cover over my patio. Hernandez quoted my $600.00 for supplies to widen the patio alone. I gave him $600.00 cash. This crack head bought about $75.00 worth of material and kept the rest of my money. He wont' answer my calls or return any messages. When he gave me my receipt, he had a huge receipt book. I just wander how many other people he's ripped off that was in that book!! Be aware of this criminal!! He sometimes goes by Tony!!
