prepraying for garbage service for two months. and the company refused to pick up my garbage. tho i had moved out of my house in Feb 2012 and rented it to my daughter, they said they continued to supply service till march. at wich part i MUST pay. so i paid the back due owed, but they refused to bring current service without an additional two mos pre payment. on a fixed low income, how do i get services help? i have ESRD and cannot put the garbage in my car and drive to a dump site. How do i do this????? They are forcing me to not have my garbage picked up.
