This company took $10,000 from me on the express written condition that it deliver specific items to me, more particularly the complete list of parts to assemble a metal building built by the company. It failed to do so. I thought this would be a minor issue as these things do happen and honest people can make mistakes. Despite having written proof of this fact, I have been trying for over a month to get the company to do the right thing. During period I have discoved that there is actual company policy in place to promote the misrepresentation of the company's intentions and an active effort to defraud the public. I have heard one ridiculous lie after another out of the dozen or more paid company liars I have been referred to. This goes all the way to the company president, and other memebers of the executive team that have proven too cowardly to even do me the common courtesy of a return phone call. Every effort at resolution is blocked by some underling, trained to lie and get off the phone as quickly as possible. The company has refused to lift a finger to correct their obvious mistake. I want what I paid for and I will not stop until I have it, or they are out of business. My public reltaions campaign will be unlike anything they have ever encountered before, and will cost them many, many multiples of the cost of my missing item. I recommend they take this one last chance to make it right. If you are considering the purchase of a metal building, there are plenty of honest vendors out there. These guys are not amongh them. Stay away at all costs.
