I only signed up for a 30 day membership for $19.86. I found another charge for $19.86 this morning on my credit card. Supposedly one is supposed to call them to cancel the membership to avoid new charges. I never once received any Email notification from this company about that scheme, I never received an E mail from this company when I first joined. No communication with the customer is apparently part of this rip-off. And yes, the info they provide is outdated and incorrect. A waste of $19.86

- Company refunded $19.86 within time they promised. They must have cleaned up customer service practices. I would not use this company aging, information is inaccurate and vague at best. Most info they provide can be found for free.
