I have sent a complaint to the city square residences management office regarding their improper arrangement of the buckets provided for residences for the burnt offering during this 7th month, but no action nor response for a whole week. The black ashes blown into my unit and dirt my furnitures.
There is also no channel to feedback our comment to the management office publicity, opinion from residences cannot be heard.
