Purchased plastic above ground pool in May 2011. When we erected it we found the plastic liner was torn. Reported it 24th June 2011 to Splash who tried to blame us saying we had ripped it during installation. a new liner was eventually despatched at the end of the summer. As these are very large bulky items we did not open at the time but put it away for the following summber. On May 27th we opened the box only to find they had sent us a pool with the same fault as the previous one but this one had been badly patched and repaired and it still leaked. Wrote to them asking for a refund. Chased, chased and chased again. Finally on 6th September they replied and said they would not do anything as it was outside the warranty period. They had delayed responding for so long it was. My complaint is that they sold defective and second hand repaired goods purporting them to be new and fit for purpose.
