cancelled my gym membership 12 months ago and rang up and to check it had been cancelled for some monies was going out of my account i wasnt sure about. They then told me i owed them 12months worth of membership after, i had gone in there 12 months ago and cancelled it. they said for i had no proof i have to pay for it.?
