There is no upgrade for the software as claimed...when attempts are made to upgrade, the user gets sent off to some browser with no link for the current software. There is no customer service number to resolve problems associated with the system's operation or software upgrade problems...the website information is bogus. There is also the possible issue of privacy and copy right infringement by Todd Murphy and associates in ripping off one's development of personal brain wave frequencies...they have inserted a file in one's shared network system without proper authorization from the customer. If there is anyone who purchased this system, and is dissatisfied for the reasons stated, I would be more then happy to participate in a class action suit!

- I wanted to submit a reply to this negative comment above. I purchased a 16 coil system from Todd over 2 years ago. I have had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with him for information or advice. I also requested an upgrade for my software after losing my CD's and he replied with updated software after 12 hours. He has been reachable for me via telephone in the past as well and was extremely helpful. I have no business or personal relationship to Todd or the company whatsoever, but just wanted to make sure that my very positive experience with Todd and the product were on the record. -Kyle Barnette

First of all, I would like to thank Eyeiskye fr bringing this to my attention.

1) That's what's supposed to happen. You click on a link to the page that describes new versions of the software, and then click to request that it be sent to you. Then, you receive an email with a link to download the new software. You will not be sent to "Some Browser Window", but to a specific page through your computer's default browser.
2) Tech support is by email, allowing pictures to be sent that can clarify the issue, whatever it is. If email is not enough, or the person needs step-by-step guidance, we switch over to phone tech support. There are email links in the software used with this device for tech support and there is a toll-free number on the website.
3) No personal brain waves are recorded at all, so none can be sent to anyone. The device is not an electroencephalograph, so it can't record them. The idea that anyone's brain waves are being stolen hearkens to strange conspiracy theories, but nevertheless, I assure you that nothing like that is happening nor is it technically possible.
4) No files are added to any shared networks. All files are installed into the Program files directory or the {localappdata} directory, in keeping with Microsoft's requirements for storing configuration files.
If you have further issues, email for tech support. In the software, click on the button at the top of every page that says "Tech support". -
