They kept on complaining 'bout a payday loan company without knowing what they were doing. They kept on saying that they were charged $30 on their account. It is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions that once they applied for a loan online, they will be deducted on that certain amount once their application are approved. When they will call the Customer Service Department, their applications were pre-approved due to lack of circumstantial evidence that they own that account/application. So, in order for them us to make sure that they own that application. They need to complete the application by adding two references and verify if their applications are correct. But, they don't understand PLAIN ENGLISH. THEY WILL GET THEIR $30 BACK TO THEIR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE INTEREST OF THEIR LOAN AND THE $30 THAT WAS CHARGED TO THEIR ACCOUNT IS ONLY A ONE TIME APPLICATION FEE. And, for the inconvenience that the company had brought them. The company will issue a $100 gas voucher to help offset the $30 that was charged from their account. And they can use the gas voucher in any gas station of their choice. So, in order for them to get it quickly and with no delay. They will comply to the terms and conditions that they need to complete and verify their application.
