I booked a package with rooms101 and when got to the daytona beach welcome center they didnt even have my accomodations correct nor for the date that it was suppose to be and their emergency number was going unanswered so we had to wait two days for them to open to call about our accomodations and when finally did reach them they refused to correct the problem and charged my card an additional $200 because they said i yelled at them. WOw! Are you serious? They going rate for yelling at someone is $200.00 these days! They then stated that they didnt want me to take the tour and that it was costing me $200 for not taking it, in which I didnt cancel it they did. I went on and took the tour anyway and they refused to refund my money after I did take the tour. They charged my card at 10am and my tour wasnt scheduled until 11:30AM. They are scammers beware of them, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD!
