This man has done work for me and my family before
I asked him for a quote for another job and the price seemed right,he told me a story about cash flow and like a fool I believed him,he asked for some of the money up front to purchase materials which he gave me a receipt for, and I have been chasing him and the money since.He used to trade under "Teesside home Improvements",but I don't think that's the case now.
