Company's rep. claimed that we qualified for commercial mortgage financing using the purchased real estate as collateral. They charged $895 application fee and $500 "Flag" fee for express processing. Since paying the fees, we have not been given service and can rarely reach the selling rep. The company rep. claims that "George" is very busy with numerous applications and will get to ours tomorrow, or Friday, or asap. This has been going on for 4-5 weeks.

- I'm assuming that this previous posting is in regards to the project that I have been working on in Iowa. I was not the author, nor the person who posted it. I feel that it's necessary to set the record straight and provide the truth to the posting regarding George and Befunded. I this situation, the actions and non actions were not from George and Befunded it was from an independent broker who not only lied to me repeatedly, but also attempted to mislead and derail the project that I have been working on. My interactions and dealings with George and Befunded have been nothing, but honest and professional. Just because it's posted doesn't mean that it is true. I would recommend George and Befunded to anyone who is in need of financing and is looking for someone who will support you through out the process. The previous posting is false and was a poor attempt to discredit George and Befunded.
