This will be my second complain... Company Name Loan Tree Advance...
I requested a loan and they never told me that there was going to be a fee for processing this loan. I never got the loan, but they went in and pulled 30.00 out of my bank account... of cause that create an over draft of 75.00. I been on the phone with this company every day since they pulled that money out, here we are almost 2 month later and I still have not receive my 30.00 back.
Here is how they operate... They first ask you to allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be deposit in to your bank account - They give you a confirmation number for the refund, which it makes any good because they continue to tell you to wait another 24 to 48 Hrs and they continue to drag you on for 2 month on this... I was told that my money will hit the bank on Friday 31 By Melissa and Casandra, today Monday the 4th I called them back and they now tell me to allow 3 to 5 business days for the billing department to deposit the money in the bank.... All I want is my 30.00 dollars back. I will eat the over draft...
Is there is any one out there hearing to these complaint your help will be very appreciate...

- Well here we go again with the 3 to 5 business days to get my 30.00 back. Dealing with this company has been a night mare... Since July 30 I been waiting for 3 to 5 business days to get my refund and still not seeing it... I call these people every day and advice them that will continue calling them until they return my 30.00... We will see what happens in within the next 3 to 5 business days... What a scam...

- Well here we are almost 2 months in to this ordeal and still waiting for these &^%$ to return my 30.00 dollars... I got pretty nasty with them this morning because they have not return the money back to my account... So they try to offer me a 100.00 gas card, which I won't even go there when she offer that... Really, they going to send a gas card for 100.00 and refund me my 30.00... I know that I'm losing this battle, and he sad thing is that there is no one that you could really get out there that would be willing to stop the scam... We have an address of some company out here in Las Vegas, why couldn't we just plan a get together and go and pay them a visit... I think that would be the right thing to do... I will have more as the 24 to 72 hrs that they told me to wait this time come along and I don't see my money...
