like everyone else $2.97 for processing fee for a kit which they never even will ship to you, simply because they then tell you its online only now, I sensed right away it was a scam I thought just to get my email addy, but then in here I see I am going to be charged a larger fee for WHAT, I didn't read anything about a yearly subscription , and then for what ? all i have is a list of grants ( well yes that part was the only true part ) but really it seems like you need to be a company or non profit group to even apply sooo YES THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
