This company made an appointment with me 3 times and didn't show up or give me a phone call telling me they weren't coming. I should have changed company's at this point. They have made this concrete job very inconvenient. Once they finally started framing my backyard it took them a week to pour. They went from pouring happening Friday, to Monday, then Wednesday and the weather was prefect, all 3 times. When I got home Wednesday they had stamped it with the wrong print, they did not call to inform me this print was not the one that we had picked out together. There was no communication. Once I was upset at the outcome they gave me some long explanation as to why they didn't do that print. If it wouldn't have looked good or whatever else he fed me he should have told me before they poured and stamped it wrong! I would have picked out something else If he would have been a good contractor he would have known before hand. Then another week went by until it finally got sealed! Greg will not admit to doing anything wrong or inappropriate. He was wanting to come cut lines in when I was out of town to rectify the situation. I do not trust him to cut into my concrete without me there and he only gave me 12 hours notice they they were going to show up. Greg will not come back to cut it when I'm home. Greg also still has not cleaned up the back yard, gotten rid of the clay or plastic or extra gravel, and he is expecting a cheque for his "work."

I feel taken advantage of and he gave me a personal attack of my character by accusing me of playing games and trying to get something for free. When Greg and I talked I thought things would be done quicker and I would get what I asked for. Now I feel forced to pay them after they did a bad job and were very unprofessional. I don't feel others need to have the headache I have gone through.
