Sometime around 8-2-11 , I PLACED AN ORDER FROM GPM EZ MOVES FOR $19.99 WITH $7.95 S&H . THEY SAID THEY WOULD DOUBLE THE ORDER FOR AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE OF $7.95 . i ALSO AGREED TO PAY $5.00 EXTRA FOR A LONGER LIFTER .. tHIS IS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND YOU HAVE NO ABILITY TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS ... tHE COMPUTER TRIED TO SELL ME A LOT OF OTHER STUFF THAT i REFUSED ... tHEY ALSO TRIED TO SELL ME FAST SHIPPING FOR $5.00 MORE WHICH i DECLINED .. aLL OF A SUDDEN THE CONNECTION WAS LOST AND i DID NOT KNOW WHAT i WAS BEING CHARGED OR IF THE ORDER HAD GONE THRU AT ALL .. oN 8-6-11 I WAS CHARGED $86.78 ON MY CARD SO i IMMEDIATELY CALLED GPM EZ MOVES AND WAS TOLD i COULD NOT CANCELL THE ORDER DUE TO THE ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED . WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVED I REFUSED IT ... tHEY GAVE ME CREDIT FOR $54.98 BUT SAID THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP $31.80 FOR S&H .I THINK THEY OWE ME THE $31.80 BECAUSE THEY SHIPPED IT AFTER HANGING UP ON ME WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT WOULD BE CHARGED WHILE I COULD STILL REFUSE THE ORDER
