I found this amount taken from account, when asked bank to chase up they just told me to claim for my free gift, as there was nothing they could do about reimbursing me. WHY!! I am not the only one who has been taken by this firm. Can no-one STOP this firm how much money must tney be making.Is there noway I can do anything.
