I signed an agreement with Toll Brothers to purchase ahouse from an new lot.
When the lot foundation is digged, it is filled with 5-ft deep water. I don't want the the lot, and want to get my deposit back.
The builder don't want to give my money back.
I have pics to show the site and water situation.

- You bought the land and never sis a survey to make sure you could build on it? Sounds like this is your fault.

- Probably not, I strongly suggest you seek the advice of a qualified real estate attorney. This could be a very messy legal situation and you are going to need some professional help with it
