I placed an order for a free sample of slimtoneplus on Sunday 2nd September 2012.I then decided,within minutes of placing the order that I wanted to cancel it and so I rang the number given . This was an automated service with the instruction to "press1" to cancel any order.This I did and to be sure,I rang again and repeated the procedure. I then phoned my bank and instructed them not to allow any monies to be taken from my account as I saw from the scam book that several customers hd money taken from their accounts even after cancellation of orders. Today ,3rd September,I phoned the company to make doubly sure that the order was cancelled and was told the order had already shipped and,even though records showed that I had phoned twice on Sunday,the order had not been cancelled!!! I have now been told to phone when the order arrives and i will be given instructions on how to return the items,at cost to me for postage!!!
