We have been led to believe that Alex Stefan, at the time being registered as the
Executive Director of Miltex Industries Pty Ltd and Miltex Timber Products Pty Ltd,
in which case he misrepresented as having owned the company and the product
that he knew we wanted to purchase.
We paid a large amount of deposit monies (AUD160,000.00)for the product that he advised could
be supplied (400,000 tonnes of timber). We signed a legally binding contract for the supplies and stipulated
dates that we required the goods buy, but he advised many unforseen delays and
never delivered the goods. When we asked for the monies back, he left the company as acting director and we believe has fraudulently taken the funds himself for personal use and to start his new business (E & I Consulting)
