I bought an electric bike from this company. The bike has never worked properly causing injury both my ankles. I am slighly disabled so I though it was my disability making it difficult for me to ride it.
I realised it didn't work properly when my daughter came home for a holiday and tried to ride it.
The bike is less than six weeks old. All about the home won't give me my money back even though the Sale of Goods and Services Act clearly states that the bike is not fit for purpose.
