i had checked my balance and i had a balance of -$53.88 on my checing account and i didnt know why. I went to my bank to find out what had happened and they said that your company had taken out $19.00 and that charged me an over draft fee which turned into a total of $53.88 out of my account. But what i want to know is that someone from your company called my house on 8/28/2012 and i told them i didnt even file for a loan with your company let alone even know about ur company and i told them i wasnt interested cause i had no way of paying a loan back and they told me ok they will make a note in my file to cancel it and then we hung up. the next day yall took it out and i did not concent to any loan and i have not a clue how yall got my information but i would like you to pay the whole amount of $53.88 back into my account by monday please if not then i will be filing a form at my bank and they will handle it from there and get my money back.
