My bank statement showed a deduction of $47.88 to RecordsBase.com. I was puzzled and first searched for recordsbase.com and got a company that sells records; but had no contact information. I next checked my old checkbook register of a year previous. I found two deductions for Archives.com One of the deductions was $47.88; the exact amount in question. So I went to Archives.com and found a phone number: 1-888-884-9998. The person told me that Archives.com and RecordsBase.com are sister companies. She was able to reimburse my bank account and to delete all my information from RecordsBase.com. (Well, I did this action today and I don't know for sure if my account will be adjusted, but I trust this kind person.) It took me about 2 hours of research so I hope this helps others with the same problem.
