Un - ordered you sent me a model Eddy Stobart Atkinson Border Lorry which arrived today.
Having purchased your previous two containers I cancelled future orders.
WHY HAS THIS SUDDENLY ARRIVED AND HOW DO I RETURN IT TO YOU AT NO REPEAT NO COST.
I’m sorry but I’m not impressed at your customer service
