I have been ripped off . I have ordered the birthday candle before (17 arms of lighted candles with song being played)and cost was 12.95 for 3 or 4 candles. I just received SINGLE candle for 12.95 from Huifang Guo -by way of Amazon . I am surprised Amazon would let this get by them.They should have stated how many candles were in the order.
