I received my Nuwave Pick with out the free gifts. It clearly states on your ad that the cookware is free. It did not say anything about postage and handling. It stated that the first order comes with the extra bous. I thik this is very poor business managemet, and it is certainly a scam if I ever saw one. I have seen the reviews and they are not good. Everyone wants to know where their free set of cookware is. This is uncalled and you can not say that it was a misunderstaning, abecause there are too many complaints from customers. You should honer you ad and give us what we are intitled too.This a SCAM and somthing has to be done about it. Maybe you are the one that is comfused. I know what I saw in the ad. You think people are stupid and do not get this SCAM
