I started entering competitons & survey filling on line when ijoined a game called www.imvu.com i entered some competitons on this game(www.imvu.com) well after a few weeks i started recieving letters from a company named(VITAMAIL)who are promoting health products for another company named (Promondo, Villeneuve Loubet, RCS Antibes 418 042 829)who sell health products.
At around october 2010 I started to receive letters from a company named (VITAMAIL) informing me that have won a grand prize of £15000 however to receive my prize I had to reply promptly by ordering products from a catalog which is run by (VITAMAIL) I ordered products how ever i never received the cheuqe for my prize I have a letter informing me that someone from the vita-mail customer service department to hand me the cheuqe over and make an advertise ment about mewell after a few weeks I started receiving letters from a company named(VITA-MAIL)who are promoting health products for another company named (Promondo, Villeneuve Loubet, RCS Antibes 418 042 829)who sell health products things like garlic tablets its a little like a shop called Holland & Barrett however this one is just from mail-order from a catalogues .
Anyway I started to receive these letters informing me that I have won £15000 from a competition I entered online and to receive the cheque as soon as possible I have to reply back and also order a product from their catalogue, so I did that 4 times (ordered a product from the catalogue answered back quickly and gave my debit card details anyway it is now July 2011 nearly 11 months after I first started to receive these letters I made complaint to the ASA, (the fair trading standards authority) who replied back informing me that they cant do nothing about it as the letters are coming from another country however when I replied back to the letters I received from (VITA-MAIL) the return addresses were in the UK(Vitamail-Po Box 50 The Broadway 6, Mill Hill London NW7 3LL) I truly believe that the post service has something to do with it because when I received the letter I was instructed to stick a badge on my letter box identifying me as a winner from their competitions even though I asked my regular postman about these sorts of letters he replied that they have never heard of these sorts of letters and that its the first time he is hearing it from me, so that made me a little suspicious however what I want to know is even though I complained many times I even made web pages complaining about these sorts of things happening I still just got one letter from the ASA informing me that they cant do nothing about it the only thing the said was don’t answer back to these sorts of letters HOW EVER THESE LETTERS WERE NOT RANDOM THEY WERE ALL IN MY NAME, MY FULL NAME IN THE LETTERS TELLING ME I HAVE WON £15000. so I mean how did they get these information and my personal details? I mean the letters I received they all looked genuine and the way they are worded anyone would think I won money however it is all a scam to rip people of all because of their vulnerability I started web pages advertising all this and you tube videos on you tube however I never got no reply back or even a interest or enquiry so I mean I did do all these videos & web pages from my home address so I started to think that who ever done this letters now have my address and web address to hack my computer and show me what they want me to see you know like controlling my inter activity ( A few times I had to get new security for my computer as a lot of viruses were on my computer anyway I wouldn’t be surprised.
