I have read the other complaints and the EXACT same thing just happened to me. I ordered a pair of shoes and saw that nothing happened past the processing of the order on the site. I emailed several times through the contact us link, the email I got the confirmation of the order from, the email I paid to paypal and the email that received the funds through paypal and never got a single response. Two days ago I get a Lux hotel shower cap in the mail from China, completely the same thing as everyone else is saying. I just filed a dispute through paypal.
