I have been billed for 2 packets of cartridges which i didnt order and have not given permission for the money to be taken out of my bank account, no receipts was sent with them, i have not signed no agreement saying i wish to purchase further products after i tried the trial package which was through doing a survey on asda website. I have been billed £73.98 for something which i will never use as i dont like them, i have informed my bank of the transaction and have put a block on further payments, i think this is a scam and people should be warned and paperwork should be sent letting you know of your agreement if one is supposed to have been made. I was not offered my money back just a discount when i rang
