I was hired to re-ship packages for BWSD-LTD on August 10, 2012. I signed an agreement with a person by the name of Mike Lee. If you go to their website: http://bwsd-ltd.com/contact.php you will finds Mike's ph. number listed for Contact Details: International call: +1(917)720-3880. They have a physical address (which I question in Australia and the Domain name: bwsd-ltd.com is registered at No. 61 Wanghai Road, Xiamen Software Park xiamen fujian 361008 cn. Go figure. Most of the numbers that are listed in my caller Id when Mike calls me turn out to be disconnected and when I question Mike he ignores my inquiries. I have repeatedly asked for forms to fill out for taxes and if I am a 1099 employee both on the phone and in emails. These also he ignores and changes the subject or assures me the forms will be forthcoming. The biggest problem was a package I receceived today that allegedly contained merchandise that was purchased with stolen credit card according to a fraud investigator for Ann Taylor (www.anntaylor.com). The packages come to my address with an alleged ficticious name and I place prepaid USPS Express Mail labels on the packages and take them to the post office for shipment to the Russian Federation to the areas VORONEZH 394031, YOSHKAR-OLA 424000, and VORONEZH 394029. I have worked since August 10, 2012 and have yet to receive any monies for compensation. The payroll person tells me I will be paid on September 10, 2012 but I have my doubts that will occur.

I had also been hired by BWSD-Ltd on JULY-15-2012, with official Work Contract, etc. and talked to Mike Lee on a few occasion about some packages that I had received and should have consolidated into one package to send to Russia with prepaid USPS International Express Mail Label. Since two of those these merchandises were not qualified to be shipped to Russia via USPS (see postal regulations), I only had shipped one of these three items, and was told by Mike to hold on to the other two items for "now" (i.e. 4 weeks ago). I was not able to get a hold of him since then, neither by email or by phone 917-720-3880(=always busy or no connect).
I had already filed with IC3, then redrew my complaint, since I thought this company is legit (see Web-Site) but now I must file again, also with the Post Master at USPS, and the vendors of these packages.
I also have not yet received any paychecks for my almost 2 months "employment" -- this is another claim, I will need to file with BBB (I guess?).
This Work-at-Home did not feel right at first, but all the official application work seemed to be me to legit and I thought of it to be a nice side income, that my wife could handle, when I am out ot town for business...
But, if it's too good to be true, it mostly is -- as this proofed to be the case!
